Throughout the day, Russian military forces shelled Sumy region 56 times, conducting 390 strikes with various types of weapons. In the communities of Yunakivska and Bilopilska, injuries to individuals were reported.

In Velikopysarivska community, the shelling included attacks from rocket artillery (84 explosions), artillery (71 explosions), mortars (24 explosions), helicopter-launched unguided aviation rockets (17 explosions), and guided aviation bombs from an aircraft (7 explosions). It is likely that Yunakivska community was shelled with mortars (15 explosions), resulting in the injury of one person. In Bilopilska community, shelling was also recorded from artillery (37 explosions), mortars (12 explosions), and grenade launchers (22 explosions), as well as an attack by FPV kamikaze drones (2 explosions), which caused injury to one person. Krasnopilska community was shelled with artillery (24 explosions) and mortars (13 explosions).

Other communities also experienced shelling and attacks: in Myropilska – from rocket artillery (24 explosions), in Druzhbivska – 6 mines were dropped, in Sveska – mortar shelling (4 explosions), in Seredyno-Budka – mortars (5 explosions), FPV kamikaze drones (1 explosion), and aviation strikes (2 explosions), in Shalyhynska – artillery shelling (7 explosions), in Mykolaivska – guided aviation bombs (4 explosions), in Esman'ska – mortars (5 explosions), and in Khotynska – an attack by two FPV drones.
